You make the initial list or folder then you begin adding each item you need to take with you. For this app, you can create something that needs to be done such as packing for a trip. This app has a bit of a different take on the traditional to-do style apps.

Thankfully, since I had an account with WorkFlow and had some scripts already done, they appeared after updating to iOS 12, so I can still send my Grocery list via text message. The only way I've managed to send it via text or email was to create a workflow from the WorkFlow app, now called Shortcuts. If you have a list, let's say a Grocery list, and would like to send it to someone, like a family member or friend, via a text message or email, the stock app doesn't do that. I know that you can share it, to another Apple user, and your list will show up in their Reminders app. The only issue I have with it is that there is no way of sharing your list via text or email. I can walk around the house, and with either my iPhone or Apple Watch, can ask Siri to add a specific item to my Grocery list. I mainly use it to keep reminders to do things, but also, as a Grocery list. Mainly because I have multiple lists and, I can easily ask Siri to add an item to a specific list. But for me, I much rather prefer using iOS' native Reminders app. I haven't tried many "to-do" apps, not really sure which ones are accessible.
